Flavours of China SM Sta. Rosa

Went to SM Sta. Rosa last Jan. 3 to have lunch with the family, to celebrate our 8th Wedding anniversary.  We were supposed to go to Barrio Fiesta inside SM Sta. Rosa for lunch, as We found a voucher from Metro Deal for a Paella Meal w/ chicken and coke (good for 4 persons) at Php 450.  However, according to the staff on duty, the voucher is still not active on their computer database until Jan 5, 2012.  Something that was not clearly stated on the voucher.  Instead of arguing our case and spoiling our day, We just decided to look for another place to eat.  Good thing Flavours of China was near Barrio Fiesta. We decided to good there for lunch.  After all, you just can't get enough of Chinese food.

Flavours of China had a lot of set meals and packages at very reasonable prices.  But since  it was our first time to dine at Flavours of China, so We decided to order our meals ala carte so We could have some variation on our order.   For our order, We had an order of Birthday Noodles,  Beef w/ Broccoli, an order of fish, pork, soup,  2 large bowls of Yang Chow Fried rice,  a mango shake and buko pandan for the kids for  PHP 1600. A pretty good deal as We still had enough left overs for take-out.  Had a hearty meal and good conversation with the family. There was nothing special about Flavours of China or their menu.  But their hospitality and attentive service made our visit quite enjoyable.
