Mesa @ Greenbelt 5

After finishing my Son's moving-up day, My family decided to go to Mesa, which is located @ Greenbelt 5 to celebrate his achievements.  Good thing, We arrived there a quarter before 12.  We were immediately seated and our orders were taken by their very polite and attentive staff.  If We arrived a little bit later or at 12, We would have waited for a vacant table as the place gets packed at lunch time and would have ended up going somewhere else for lunch.  My wife frequently takes here office mates and guests to Mesa for lunch or dinner whenever they visit the country and vouches for their food, good service, and affordable price.

Since, it was the Lenten season and We went there on a Friday, our menu was limited to seafood and vegetables.

For appetizers, We tried their Tinapa Rolls Wrapped w/ Lettuce.  A good choice, as the saltiness is just right and the flavor comes alive when you add the vinegar...

Crispy Pinaputok na Tilapia w/ 4 sauces, is good without the sauce and great with the sauces.  Mixing and matching the sauces gives the Tilapia a unique and distinct flavor...

Always the fan of good Laing, ordered their Laing 2 ways and was not disappointed.  Could eat their Laing all day, as there is no after taste and leaves you craving for more...

Ordered their Sinigang na Salmon Head for soup, a good compliment to the dishes We ordered....

Ended up full with plenty of left-overs to take home.  A fitting feast for a special occasion.  Paid a total of Php 1500++ inclusive of rice, Bottomless Iced Tea and a Mango shake.
